Questions

How often does a landlord need an EICR?

In England, at least every five years, with a copy to tenants. Your report may specify a shorter interval.

Can you work with my letting agent?

Yes. Many agents book us directly on behalf of landlords.

What happens if the EICR is unsatisfactory?

You receive a coded report and a remedial quote priced from the engineer’s notes and photos.

Need it done by a date?

Tell us the deadline. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it — and we usually can.
