Michael Simm: from the tools to the boardroom
Every stage of Michael's career added a side of the industry — commercial new build, social housing, high-end residential and smart home — before running a multi-company group.

A full apprenticeship on large new-build schemes. Much of the work used factory-built, pre-wired pods from Ardmore's Enfield facility, with Michael trained extensively in containment and installation to a main-contractor standard.
