Much of our housing-provider and commercial work is in North and West London, reached from SEG House by the M1 and M25. We run programmes of EICRs, alarms and remedials across London boroughs and private portfolios.

How we work across the region
SEG’s head office, workshop and fleet are at SEG House in Chiswell Green, St Albans. Our engineers are employed, NICEIC-registered and supervised from there, so a job in London gets the same certification, photographs and paperwork as one down the road. Larger programmes are planned around the engineers’ routes, which is why we can stay competitive across the region.
