- What to upload: a valid electrical certificate and PAT certificate, plus fire alarm, emergency lighting and fire risk assessment documents. See fire alarms and emergency lighting testing.

Schemes change, so always check with the council before you apply.
How we work
Our engineers are employed by SEG and NICEIC registered, and work from SEG House in Chiswell Green, St Albans, just off the M25 and M1. We plan work by area, so you get a fixed appointment, and every job is photographed with certificates you can file.
Landlords and agents can see what an EICR costs and ask about programme rates. Housing providers and contractors, see housing providers and sheltered housing repairs. Privately rented homes in England need an EICR at least every five years, with any remedial work done within 28 days.
