- Brent EICR programme
EICRs on 221 homes in Brent.
Since July 2024 our engineers have inspected homes across Brent for the main contractor Wates, and the programme is still running.

The programme
From July 2024 to October 2026 we were instructed on 231 EICRs at 221 addresses for Wates, mainly in Brent:
| Postcode | Area | Homes |
|---|---|---|
| NW10 | Harlesden, Stonebridge and Willesden | 60 |
| HA0 | Wembley and Alperton | 44 |
| NW2 | Cricklewood and Neasden | 40 |
| HA9 | Wembley Park | 25 |
| NW6 | Kilburn | 19 |
| NW9 | Kingsbury and Colindale | 18 |
| SG1, HA3, UB1 and others | Stevenage, Harrow and Southall | 21 |
Social landlords in England now need a current EICR on every home, with the first round on existing tenancies due by 1 November 2026. Private landlords need one at least every five years.

Photos from one day on the programme: our engineers testing flats in Wembley (HA0) for Wates. Each flat gets a full inspection and test, and a new label on the board showing the date of this inspection and when the next one is due.

How we run a programme
- One team, one standard. Our own employed engineers, working to the same test schedule and photo record on every property.
- Access planned around residents. We work to the client’s booking and access arrangements, and record no-access visits so they can be rebooked.
- Records you can file. Every visit is photographed, and certificates and reports come back in the format the client asks for.
- Remedials by the same team. What the inspection finds is quoted and put right without handing over to another firm.
Housing providers, managing agents and main contractors can talk to us about EICR programmes, fire alarm upgrades and ongoing repairs. Call 01727 238 999.
Questions
What does an EICR programme involve?

Do you cover the rest of North-West London?
Yes, including Harrow, Barnet and Ealing. See North London.
