How we run a programme
- One team, one standard. Our own employed engineers, working to the same test schedule and photo record on every property.
- Access planned around residents. We work to the client’s booking and access arrangements, and record no-access visits so they can be rebooked.
- Records you can file. Every visit is photographed, and certificates and reports come back in the format the client asks for.
- Remedials by the same team. What the inspection finds is quoted and put right without handing over to another firm.
