A failed car-park EV charger replaced in Hemel Hempstead.
A charger inside a Sevadis pedestal at a business car park had failed. We fitted a new Autel unit and proved it with a live charge the same afternoon.
A faulty EV charger in a Sevadis charging pedestal at a leisure company's office car park needed replacing so staff could charge again.

What we found
- Existing charger unit in the Sevadis pedestal had failed
What we did
- Isolated at the dedicated EV distribution board
- Removed the faulty charger unit from the Sevadis pedestal
- Fitted a new Autel MaxiCharger AC unit into the pedestal and terminated the supply cables
- Refitted the EV board cover and checked the EV charging meter
- Powered up the charger; Sevadis confirmed by phone they could see it working remotely
- Proved it with a live charge on a staff member's car and handed over the new RFID charge cards
