Overview:
In partnership with United Living, SEG has been delivering full upgrade works across a number of L&Q’s sheltered housing schemes, replacing legacy warden call systems with Appello’s digital Smart Living Solutions.
Scope of Works:
Decommissioning of outdated analogue systems
- Full design and installation of new Appello systems
- Wiring upgrades to meet current standards
- Integration with existing fire detection and access control systems
- Testing, commissioning, and resident training
- Live cutovers with zero service downtime
